6 Months or 10,000 KM Warranty — Whichever Comes First
At DME Auto Repairing, we value your trust. That’s why every qualifying repair service comes with a clear, written warranty — valid for 6 months or 10,000 KM from the service date, whichever comes first. This warranty covers parts and labor.
What’s Covered:
- Repairs performed by DME Auto Repairing using genuine or high-quality OEM parts.
- Labor associated with those repairs.
- Both mechanical and electrical components if listed on the invoice.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
1. The warranty is valid only if the vehicle has been serviced and repaired at DME Auto Repairing.
2. The warranty applies to specific repairs and parts listed in your original invoice — not to the entire vehicle.
3. Warranty period begins from the date of service or the mileage noted at that time, whichever comes first.
4. Any tampering, modification, or repair performed by a third party will void the warranty.
5. The vehicle must be returned to DME Auto Repairing for inspection and repair under this warranty.
6. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle.
Exclusions:
- Routine maintenance items: filters, brake pads, wiper blades, fluids, bulbs, etc.
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
- Electrical failures unrelated to the covered repair.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.
Warranty Claim Process:
If you experience an issue related to a previous repair under warranty, please return the vehicle to our workshop as soon as possible. Bring the original invoice with you. Our service advisors will inspect the issue and, if covered, perform repairs at no additional cost.
